Fysius
We were tasked with redesigning Fysius's approach to target not only individuals with neck complaints, but also those with back and pelvic issues. We were to involve Fysius earlier in the customer journey, rather than being perceived as a last resort. Consequently, the focus of the website needed to shift from solely addressing back problems to encompassing a broader range of issues they alleviate.
The primary objective is to revitalize the Fysius website to better serve its evolving clientele. This entails not only catering to chronic back pain sufferers but also extending support to those with acute conditions, such as muscle spasms, while fostering engagement and offering valuable resources like free back advice.
The redesign initiative prioritizes a "mobile-first" strategy to ensure seamless accessibility across devices. It encompasses an expansive range of pain points, transitioning from a historical focus on (lower) back pain to encompassing neck and pelvic issues. Through iterative optimization, the website aims to continuously enhance user experience without necessitating direct developer intervention.
The new website serves as a comprehensive resource hub, providing valuable information and guidance tailored to a diverse audience. Users are seamlessly guided through personalized journeys, from accessing vital information on acute issues to scheduling appointments at Fysius locations. The widened scope ensures a more inclusive approach to addressing a myriad of spinal complaints.
The redesigned website had a transformative impact on Fysius's digital presence and client engagement. By accommodating a broader spectrum of pain points and user needs, it attracted and retained a larger demographic, ultimately solidifying Fysius's position as a trusted ally in spinal health management.
