Matchis, the Dutch Center for Stem Cell Donors, approached us with a critical mission: to redesign their online donor registration process. The goal was to create a mobile-first, user-centered experience that encourages more people to register as stem cell donors.
To design a mobile-first, user-centered experience for Matchis' online donor registration platform, making the process seamless, engaging, and accessible while increasing the number of completed registrations, especially on mobile devices. The ultimate aim is to empower more users to register as stem cell donors, contributing to the life-saving mission of Matchis.
Following a mobile-first approach, we created wireframes to map the journey from landing page to confirmation.
The redesigned Matchis donor registration platform successfully launched with a renewed focus on accessibility, user engagement, and trust. Feedback from users highlighted the simplicity and clarity of the registration process, particularly on mobile devices.
